We sincerely hope you love your GLOWOSAURS purchase(s); however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s), you may request a refund as long as it's received to us within 30 days of your purchase delivery date, & the items meet our return criteria mentioned in this policy.

T-Shirts: You may Return or Exchange your Unworn/Unused T-Shirt(s) - With Tag(s) attached if there were any, & Original Product Bag(s), with an RMA# that you MUST request.

Stickers and Wall Decals: Sorry, GLOWOSAURS stickers and GlowBIG wall decals are not returnable.

You may initiate your Return or Exchange by e-mailing us at support@glowosaurs.com, please include your Invoice Number & the Item(s) you would like to return/exchange.

Once you're Request has been Authorized an RMA Number will be e-mailed to you.

*IF you do not have an RMA# set up for your return/exchange - a 25% Restock fee will be charged.

  • Purchase price refunds are subject to a 18% restocking fee. (25% without an RMA#)
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment type that was used for the Purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days to see funds back into your account.
  • Any refund request received after the 30 days will receive in-store--online credit. Any and all Returns/Exchanges must be received within 30 Days of the Purchase Delivery Date.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back to us unless other arrangements have been made/offered.
  • Any & all Product(s) that are Returned or Exchanged Must Include a Copy of your Original Invoice & your RMA number, without these 2 items we will Not be able to process your Return or Exchange.
  • Return & Exchange Shipping Costs are your responsibility as the Customer unless other arrangements have been made by the Return & Exchange Dept. If a label is sent to you to return a Defective item & you choose to not have it replaced we will only refund you for the Product price that you paid, Shipping Not included.  
  • Any Returned or Exchanged Item(s) that arrive in Worn Condition & or Washed Condition will Not receive GLOWOSAURS.com Credit & the Worn/washed Product(s) will NOT be returned.
  • Returns & Exchanges could take up to 14 business days to Process.
  • If You made any purchases while a Promotion was running, You will be charged Full Retail Price for the difference or remaining Product(s) that were kept.  **Example: The Promotion is: Purchase Any 3 Items or more & receive 10% off your entire order! If you Return any items out of the 3, You will be Charged Full Retail Price for the remaining kept items.
  • GLOWOSAURS.com can not Guarantee that the same item(s) you are exchanging will be in stock (because we order limited quantities) in a different size. If this happens, You will receive Credit or we can suggest another item(s) at equal or less value. We are always adding New Products!
